Irrigaration Water 2 Cylinder 20 Inch Sand Media Filtration System Back Flushing water sand filters
BALDR sand media filtration system is composed of one more standard filter sand cylinder units.The filter media is used to effectively remove suspended material and reduce turbidity.
The system is equipped with three-way back flushing control valve,and the automatic controller can realize multiple sand cylinders to flush each other,and the water supply can be continuously supplied,then the automatic unattended water filtration system is formed.Each cylinder is equipped with a unique water distributor and water collector,and the filter sand layer works smoothly,the filter water is uniform and the flow is large.
The sand media filtration system is especially suitable for the filtration of suspended objects,which can be used in conjunction with the high-precision disc filter or screen filter in the end to achieve the perfect filtering effect.
Single-chamber Configurations
BALDR single-chamber sand media filtration system using octagonal clopper design,its unique precision gap can be collected evenly.Backflush,the formation of special eddy current,sandstorm friction cleaning more thoroughly,and difficult to discharge through the water distributor.Single-chamber structure design makes rust treatment better.the bottom of the water design,the system structure is more compact,reducing the area.

The Composition of Filtration System
The filter system consists of filter unit,three-way back flushing valve,automatic back flushing controller and other major components,and to connect with Y-type filter,air valve,pressure gauge,manifold,support frame and other spare parts,the filter unit is filled with the appropriate filter media.

Working Principle
System Water Filtration State
Under the control of the automatic controller,when the whole system are in the filter state,the sewage enter with the high pressure,through a unique water distributor to keep the water distribution filter sand smooth,the flow of laminar flow through the filter layer,Impurities are trapped in the filler layer.Through the bottom of the distribution of multiple water collectors,Filtered can clean water,evenly collected through the outlet pipe out.
The advection filter allows the filter to operate at high flow rates.
System Backflushing State
As the impurities accumulate in the filter medium,the pressure loss increases,and when the differential pressure increases to a certain setting value or reaches the setting cleaning time,the system automatically switches to the backflush state.The pressurized water enters the filter medium through the water collecting device,flushes it,separates the trapped contaminants and discharges the filtration through the sewage outlet.The back-flush ends after 2 minutes,the back flushing control valve returns to the filter state,then the rinsed filter tank continues to enter the filter working condition.The automatic controller issues an instruction to start the back-flushing process of the next filter sand column,until all the filter cylinders are rinsed again.
